Dear Parents,
The Parents’ Association would like to give parents the opportunity again this year, to join a personal insurance scheme through Allianz plc. Please find overleaf an application from which must be returned to the school by Friday 8th September.
Any forms after this date cannot be included. If paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to Kilbeg N.S. as the school will forward on a single payment to Allianz. If you have more than one child to insure just add additional names to the form attached.
These is no obligation to purchase the above insurance.
