What a wonderful trip 5th and 6th class had to Kells on Thursday the 26th of October! First stop the old Kells Courthouse, now the Heritage Centre. Here we were given the history of Kells by Libby (a member of the Boyne Valley Tourism staff). We are delighted to have been awarded Level 3 in the school Pride of Place Awards. An assessor came to our school and she was very impressed by our beautiful school garden and the knowledge the children had of all the plants and flowers we have planted. They were also able to share their learning about climate change, habitats, composting, crops and weeds. Well done to all our children!!

Well done to the U14 Girls Division 4 Cup Final Winners last Saturday.
